ur 200k nor reach. Up it to 280/300k cos from dat 200k,agent will take about 50/60k unless u are lukin for house within aboru,Ayobo,ifo side.For lekki,Surulere,mushin,yaba etc,forget it.While at it, beware of emergency agent

Go to areas like Okoko and environ or Ijanikin, Agbara, you’d get good self contain apartments or even Mowe Ibafo. Avoid top notch areas

the cheapest you should look at is ikorodu, igando and ijegun. you can get a mini flat as low as 100k nice houses.
