REQUEST FOR THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO FINANCE USUMA CENTURY MALL / HOTEL COMPLEX AT PLOT 3527, CADASTRAL ZONE F13, KUBWA TOWN - FCT NIGERIA.

We have above named project the drawing and other particulars have virtually been completed and processed for final approval at the F.C.D.A. Development Control Department.

Our consultants on the project have come out with the sum of Fifteen Billion Naira (N15,000,000,000.00) only for each aspect of the project, putting the total cost at Thirty Billion Naira (N30,000,000,000.00) only.

Usman Concrete Products Ltd and your company or organisation can together review the costing at any giving time if your company is interested in the area of financing the project. The equity participation by both parties can be shared at 10% - 20% - 30% for the owner and 70% - 80% - 90% for the financiers.

We will welcome your early response to our request especially with copies of the form of MOU and other agreements to be executed by both of us.
