Something has been bordering me. as a staff in NUC (nigeria university commission) and almost d 3rd person in d section where i work (eastern university section),for almost five years now,i hv seen our director and even myself assisting people to gain and sort admissions in different eastern universities even wen someof them are not qualified,atimes huge amount of money is paid for such services,atimes we do it without collecting money dependin on how close u are with d person. even d so called vc's do it after taking permission 4rm nuc on d number of candidates they will admit. so,is it realy a sin or a kind of favour?
