The Coding training is an after school or extra curriculum coding session for pupils/students of both primary and secondary schools to learn computer programming skill.
The aim is to provide them with the opportunities to acquire global relevant skill in ICT and also to develop their coding skills.
The instructor will give their time to run Code sessions, passing on their programming skills and mentoring the young pupils/ students.
Children will create their own computer games, animations, websites, and learning how to use technology creatively.
The Coding training will teach children much more than just how to program a computer, it will show them how to make computer games, animations and websites as well as code robot.
The Coding projects are fun, creative and support each child in understanding how to solve problems by breaking them down into smaller chunks and also help them have better understanding of mathematical and science principles.
However, there is no restriction on the number and gender of children that can take part in the Coding activities as long as they are of the age range 6 years old and above.
