Hi everyone I intend to travel to UK. I tried once in 2007 as a final student but I was refused on the basis that I could not demonstrate any connection to my country and the validity of my claim as a student.I also lost the appeal despite all the supporting documents. I want to apply 3 years later. I have a regular source of income, am single, my blood sister is over there and she is a citizen.Do I stand a chance or what do you think I should do? would really appreciate your candid advice .peace. |

seyi08:So can you 'demonstrate' your connection to your country now? because you're single, you have no reasons to return home and your blood sister is a UK citizen, you can decide to stay on. And if back then in 2007 as a final year undergraduate, you simply could not substantiate your claim to being a student, would you be able to do that now for your 'regular source of income'?  |
