Dealing with your weakness is a personal development strategy through which you can leave a life without depression, stress, toxic work environment and to live your to your maximum potentials.

Before we can go far in life, career and business, we need to first check ourselves first, check your value, ethics and attitude
Many people, both young, old, students, parents, entrepreneurs and career men and women are living with lots of weakness, and they kept wondering why they are not making progress In their field of specialization or personal life. They keep pampering and defending their weakness.
A mature person is not based on age, but a mature person is someone that recognized his weakness, work on them and maximize his strength. He is someone that can turn around his weakness into strength.
People with certain weakness keep on practicing their mistakes and become perfect in them and this is detrimental to their overall life and success.
As we are approaching 2019, we need to sustain what need to be done and abstain from what is detrimental until this become habitual.
The secret of successful people is that they form the habit of doing things that failures don't like to do. Failures don't like to take responsibility, plan and acquire specialized knowledge or taking calculated risk. By doing things which failure don't like to do, you are on the path of success in your personal life, career and business.
If you abhor a particular weakness then make sure that you have strategize plans to convert you weakness into strength, because nature abhors vacuum. If you are not doing something positive with your life, then negatives will take charge. As they say, an idle mind is the devil workshop
There are many weaknesses confronting men and women, and if you want to succeed in life then you have to overcome them, else they will become stumbling block to you.
Men weakness comprises of physical, character, emotional, physiological, social weakness etc.
We will discuss two major ones confronting people, but i ll just highlight a few towards the end of this article.

There is procrastination
Procrastination has led to the death of many wonderful ideas, plans, and other good things of life
Imagine an idea that you conceived years ago, and up till now, you have not put your ideas to action. This Is procrastination, and you have to put an end to it. Are you also good at formulating ideas but you never finish or you have finishing fever.
The habit of procrastination fatigue more than the effect it takes to do it.

Some people practice procrastination by hiding behind high sounding words saying " I m analyzing and six month later, they are still analyzing "
Then there is another group who procrastinate by saying "I m getting ready and six month layer they are still getting Ready"
Whatever means you use to procrastinate, you have to stop it before it stops you
Avoid procrastination

Another one is fear, either fear of the unknown, fear of taking risk or fear of failure, fear of rejection or dejection. What you fear becomes a monster in your mind, so you must overcome fear in 2019

Others are;
Drugs, alcohol and substance abuse, illicit sexual act, too much love and cravings for money and material possession, and many other dangerous habits.
Examine your life and get rid of all your weakness in 2019 so that you can leave to your potentials
