i have a plot of land valued at =N=3.5m in sangotedo area (after Lagos Business School new site), i am about developing but i need advice on how best to increase my return on investment: either a block(4)(3-bedroom) flats or a twin duplex. i must say that the project is strictly for investment purposes. ill appreciate your suggestions |

I'll go for the 4 flats, they will be a bit more cheaper to build and more faster to recoup your investment |
