I want to dig into python programming but major problem is whether I can host a python script on a Php Apache server like qserver.net which is the one I do use for my Php script.
If so can someone detail me the steps

If it has support for it but I think namecheap has support for python scripts. I could be wrong though as i don't use either

The question is why would you want to host a python script on php server?

With mod_wsgi, you can host python on apache.

Every python 3.x installation comes with inbuilt web server for development environment likewise major python web frameworks.

When you're ready to deploy, there are many free hosts to try out till you're ready to move to paid host.
