please am interested in learning c++, python and HTML.. I have a pc and PDFs but I don't know how to get these running on my PC.. am ready to read and teach myself..how do I download or get python and c++ running on my pc..?

If you truly have pdfs on those programming language you listed,you will surely know your way around

Goto python.org and download python 3.x installer for your os.

Note: if you're on windows, remember to "check add to path" during installation. It will save you from endless frustrations as you progress.

Your pdfs if you do have them should guide you.
