I have been having this discomfort in my heart for sometime now and I went for an ECG.

The ECG says possible myocardial ischemia.

Please what does it mean?

Can I be able to manage it till I grow old and die?

I'm worried.

Oga,abeg just stop talking about death wan time. Nothing go kii yu my friend. Ischemia means insuficient blood flow into the heart muscles, which means oxygen deficit. There are drugs doctors can give to improve your condition to keep the heart going for a long time.
But the fact is only hyperbaric oxygen therapy can actually heal the oxygen deprived cells and improve the circulation of blood within the heart muscles. Please note the difference. The heart pumps blood every where but not enough to itself: what an irony!
