An agro allied company (with locations in the south west of Nigeria) seeks to hire a Human Resources Manager to assist the company in achievement of its continued growth. Ideal candidate will have five to seven years’ work experience in human resources; including in a company with a large production/operations workforce (preference will be given to candidates with experience in the agricultural sector).
The future Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supervision of a modest workforce, as well as setting up policies and procedures for the entire company. Tasks will include:
Oversight of recruiting and initial induction of hires
Development of company policies and processes, including conditions of employment and recordkeeping
Ensuring payroll and compensation systems are competitive and accurate
Issuance of timely management reports
Collaborate with heads of departments to develop human resource solutions for their respective domains
Enforcing all company policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifiction
I deal candidate must possess a relevant university degree. A higher degree will be an added advantage
Membership of human resources professional body is compulsory
Candidtate must be proficient in the use of Human Resources Management systems
Candidate must not be younger than 35 years old.
