A fast growing e-commerce company in Lagos is in need of the Head of Customer Support and E-sales. The primary role of the successful candidate will be to supervise/manage the customer care/ e-sales team. He /She will need to be smart, have leadership qualities and experience and also hardworking.

Duties will include the following:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business Work with sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.

Develop and maintain sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc.


Train sales personnel in online sales and marketing skills


Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner.

Develop best practices for online sales and customer services.

Ensure sales team complies with company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

Define and implement sales strategy and technique to establish marketing goals

Requirements

Minimum of BSc degree or its equivalent.
Candidate must be focused and self-motivated.
Candidate must be very passionate about sales and customer care.
Must have experience leading a team.
Candidate must be willing to work for the company's sales growth and customer retention.
Must have at least 2 Years Work Experience
