I plan to go via studies first, while in UK the partner may see coys that will endorse .

A friend in cyber security went via the visa about 3 years ago . I wasn't interested in UK then but Aussie. When I asked him this year, he told me the one he used has been stopped.

Certification pays in UK. Even if you have degree in computer avi, you also need certification to boost up ur chances. If he is serious and wants to work in tech abroad he shld consider adding certs since his degree is way off.
