Hello nairalanders, this evening as I was trying to recharge my phone from my bank account I made a terrible mistake. instead of 1200, I recharged 12,000. please has anyone had the experience? can the money be retrieved? and what are the possible procedures? please mods I'm not sure of the right forum to post this.
