Things fall apart
But nothing breaks like a heart
I heard Miley sing those words
And I felt the sweet melancholic chords

Her voice; sweet and clear
As I pushed up the volume gear
She must have felt the same pain
That made me cry behind my window pane

Oh! Miley, we both know
That love is but a shadow
Dominant in day times
But vanishes in dark times

When the going is fun
It's there
When the fun is gone
It's rare
When you think of Johnny you sigh
Only now you know love is a lie

I still remember your song
From your tender lips it was sung
Oh! I remember your fears
When we used to be peers

I wish your heart was never broken
