Hey Nairalanders,

This might be slightly unconventional but am a scientist doing a survey and i generally want to find out what challenges people face trying to access data in Nigeria.

Say you are doing a project that requires the use of Census data for instance, and you are trying to get the historic data, what challenges do / did you face?

Those who have done projects or Data Scientists here would be in a good position to help with some info, and anyone who generally has any ideas. Any response is appreciated in advance.
