My Elder brother and his wife have been married for like 7yrs now and up till now, the wife is yet to give birth. According to them, they have gone for several tests which shows both of them are medically okay. This issue has been a subject of concern for our parents. We have prayed, fasted over and over again.
I recall when I was in the university, one of our lecturers said he told some couples that they cannot bear fruit because they are not medically compatible. He said those couples dismissed his opinion. He later told us this is their 8yrs in marriage and those couples could not bear fruit.
Doctors and medical expert in the house, Pls is it true that some people may not be medically compatible as I'm trying to relate it to my elder brother's case.

Not in the sense your lecturer is insinuating.
Let them see a gynaecologist so they can be evaluated and treated if warranted.
