I am working in hospital and designed fair site with dreamweaver, how can I write program on it and which choice of web program is better for this work. I want to believe two or more program will be involved, how can I go about it.

It depend on what you want or what the program entails.
As it is, I don't really know the kind of program I can advise you to use because I don't have details of your program.

It's very hard to advise

I don't always open my PHPDESIGNER or NetBean, to play around. I do that like once in 3 month.

I always write programs to solve problem, be it Open Source, that i have studied, or maybe other people Problem.

So poster, study a problem faced by your Hospital that IT(Software) can solve.

That will help maximize use of your development.

As to whether Dreamweaver can write programs. Yes. But not on it's own you need other things, like a test server, if need be, a Database software, and some other things!

All this still depends on what program you want to write, the solutions JSP may be able to proffer, PHP may not, and vice versa across languages!
