what is the guarantee that the new kidney will stick?

what is the guarantee that she wouldnt die during the surgery? or that the boy wouldnt die during the surgery too?

doctors have no definite expiration date on life. its not theres to stamp, so what will happen if the boy dont die in 10yrs or less?
