na credit card fraud be that bro,if he had send the 100$ it will definitely flag the account putting you and him at a very big risk possibly una go go jail. like i said earlier na credit card fraud which means the money can simply be spent online at low security online store which will not flag the credit card account, for example your friend cant shop on amazon or walmart but he can simply shop at all this dropshipping store or any low security online store without them blocking the account. To me it seems foolish cos there are numerous ways for your friend to cashout from credit card account but he choose to waste it on online shopping spree, make he go meet naira marley or rahman jago make dem teach am grin
