Don't mind d poster,an agent but does not want to deal with an agent so he will collect d whole commission;does he think that most property owners have time 4 internet?

Regardless of if you are a construction company, an architect/builder, doctor, lawyer etc. Anytime you act on behalf of another person in a transaction, you are an AGENT of that person who is your principal.

maybe it could broken down further, legally when mr. a acts on behalf mr. b on "any" transaction mr. a is an agent of mr. b his principal period. so d issue of no "agents" is an abuse of the trade, and any serious business man/woman should naturally conduct due diligence to ascertain genuiness of title prior to disbursing cash huh

except in naija if its govt money.
