Hello guys, I keep seeing businesses posting about their products, stating that they offer pay on delivery Nationwide, I'm just curious to know how these guys do these things, cos of they've figured it out, I don't see anything holding Tech giants in Nigeria from creating an E-commerce just for SME's, and also offer pay on delivery option Nationwide?  |
