Sorry to say this is 1999 model. the first face lift manufactured in late 1999. from the interior and dash board I can tell.
By year 2000, that seat type vanished from the 406 design.

i am in lagos and the car was in lagos when the pics where taken but it was taken to kano to be sold and it is still very available as for the price 900k can not buy it sir.
