its an HYPOCRITICAL MOVE..... even bet9ja hopes people will not follow it. Lemme explain.... What they want the crowd to see is what they advertise for example: HOW A COMMON TRADER USED 100 NAIRA TO WIN N23,456,783 with one SLIP of 18 GAMES..... with such headlines.... who cares about the LAWS they posted.... they only put it there so LAWYERS cant sue them... its a DISCLAIMER...
