there's a candle inside every soul,
some brightly burning and some dark and cold,
there's a spirit who makes it whole,
ignites the candle and makes his hold.
fustrated brother,see how he's too tired to fight,
he's been robbed and lied to and made to take the blame,
how do we expect him to find the light,
when he still holds a candle glum and without flame.
so carry your candle,run into the darkness,
seek out the lonley,tired and worn,
hold it out for all to see its brightness,
hold it out 'cus you've been reborn,
take your candle,go light up your world.
