Yes, there is reincarnation. A young lad once told his Mom that the rain waters from the heaven isn't God opening the 'floodgates' but due to evaporation and condensation from the earth surface. Someday, reincarnation will be widely accepted again.

The thing is that it is not clearly stated in the Bible.

What is written is this "It is appointed unto a man to die once and after that is the resurrection"

Some christians theologians interprete this biblical verse to mean that someone can only die once and cannot come back again to be born on earth.



But is this interpretation really correct?

This is the resurrection Christ was talking about, it is nothing but reincarnation in the real sense.

1 Corinthians15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

The person then grows up but is oblivious of his former life/lives on earth.

this is because our body will be changed when we resurrect or reincarnate.

The natural body is the one that was dead, the spiritual body is the reincarnated one which no one will be able to recognize after resurrection or reincarnation because it has been changed.

The bible recorded that it took a miracle or intervention of the spirit before the disciples were able to recognize that the person talking to them was the resurrected Jesus.

The time to accept something as true is when it is has been shown to be true.
