Introduction
Data collection has always been an integral part of development work. In the past, this task was performed with paper and pen, which made it prone to error, difficult to conduct on a large scale, and high in transaction costs.
ICT tools such as mobile devices and software that allows users to create surveys, collect, manage and upload data to storage facilities in real-time, have reduced the conventional challenges associated with remote data collection.

Meetme01... I'm surprised or should I say flattered someone read my diary and gave me a mature response.. Well thanks and it's nice u did it on a dead thread. I prefer that

But there's a reason I'm so strong headed about dating in school or enjoying life.. I feel there is enough time to do after I'm done with school. I see myself as a very wild person that if I let my guard down for just a little minute, I can get caught up in the moment and become very very bad. The truth is no one knows me except me. I've studied myself very well and I know the kinda things I can do

That's why I just want to keep calm. Lemme graduate well first, there's still lots of time to enjoy life.. I really appreciate you for that.

You can still message me here. Thank you kiss
