I just collected my new ATM today. I linked it to my PayPal and confirmed it. When I tried to withdraw to the card, I got a message saying "sorry we need more information or you can contact customer care for assistance.

What could have been the issue?

Wait for 48 to 72hrs, If error still persists, pick up your phone and dial paypal support.

However as a side note, if it's a new PayPal account don't receive big funds and don't be too quick to withdraw to card.

u dnt hv to do anything, just leave d account for 48 to 72 hours b4 trying to withdraw again, it will go through

okay I have funds in one of my UK PayPal account. How do I withdraw it ? I've tried sending it to merchant but wasn't going through. So their customer care suggested I withdraw it

You can sell to exchanger or if u av another PayPal that can withdraw, then u sent there.

It can be withdrawn and u receive money to your bank.
Did u attach a credit card to the acct? And what ID did you use to verify the UK acct?
