I was trying to create a bootable USB drive for windows 10 and while the process was on, I suddenly got this screen. It has been like this for over 10mins and I don't know if I should hard reset. The system I used runs on window 8

Shut down... Then restart it, if same issue persist, then you need to repair you OS |
