Npower Volunteers aggrieved, as a result of non payment of October Stipend, most volunteers have adopted the borrowing technique to transport themselves to their PPA, some refused going to their PPA, while some are planning to embark on a protest.
Recently Npower posted reasons for the delay in payment, due to so called transition to a new ministry.
But volunteers are tired of the excuses especially during periods of payment.

Infact a volunteer claims he spends almost 800 naira on transport to his place of work, he said he is tired of the systematic lies, especially when Npower use the word "soon" when they are trying to boycott, relevant and critical issues regarding payments

The two elections caused the delay expect payment soon
