The new Lagos called Ibeju Lekki is actually the place wise investors are head for. With just N1.5M, one can own a plot of land there and by next year the value will appreciate by 100%. Are you aware that port operations and development are moving from Apapa to Ibeju Lekki owing to the deep sea port? A Chinese bank just granted Lekki Port the sum of $620M to develop the sea port.
