Pls I need an advice.
Our landlord is planning to force us out of our rented apartments. Presently we, the tenants are not owing him. He claimed he gave us 5 months grace to leave the apartment that he wants to make use of it. But we are asking for 6 to 7 months grace, though he collects his rent on a 6 months basis.
And honestly we all are in search of house. The new house am expecting to move in, the occupant said she is vacating there next week. Now my landlord said he is coming with force tomorrow.
Pls which Lagos State government agency do I take this matter to?

You should mix them, if just to know the possible thoughts of a tenant. Information empowers you, so learn.

I HAVE THINKING IF I SHOULD TAKE THIS ACTION BUT MY LAWYER ADVICED AGAINST THEM, ARE THESE EXRREME

(1) OPEN HIS ROOF IN GUISE OF STARTING RENOVATION

2) LOCK THE TOILET/BATHROOM BUT THERE ARE OTHER TENANTS

3) PAY BOYS TO FORCEFULLY EJECT HIM BUT I DON'T LIVE AROUND THERE AND DON'T KNOW THE STREETBOYS THERE

Since he pays monthly go d court route...u will gt justice on time.if na yearly tenant use arbitration court close to you or police human right section at d closest police station to u....if all fails remove windows and doors they are ur properties if he his expose to d elements he will move out...my 20kobo.

Studying engineering in Cyprus is a lot cheaper compared to other european countries. Tuition is affordable and has a flexible payment structure, However, ensure you have all your documents including original ssce result, international passport and a passport photograph.
