i bought a hp netbook laptop with preinstalled windows xp. i tried to activate it with the product key on the sticker but it was said to be invalid. i had to install window 7 ultimate but it is tellin me its not genuine. now i want to go back to the xp and try complaining about the invalid key. how do i go back to my previous window xp if it is possible. please help |

@poster look under the laptop for product key, if after entering it, it didnt work then you should have brought the laptop back wherever you bought it and complained! |
