We are recruiting for the position of a CALL CENTER AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.� Qualification: HND/BSC, MASTERS AND OTHER QUALIFICATION will be an additional advantage.

Skills: communication skills, high-level negotiation skills, customer service skills, must be proficient in excel, Microsoft and PowerPoint, presentation skills, must be able to work under pressure, target driven, must be a team player, self-driven and highly motivated and must have a good command of English language.

Roles: Manage our call centre across, develop ideas for the organization.
�Open and close business deals for the company.
�Secure contract cost minimization and maximization of profit for the firm.
�Liaise with 3rd parties.
�Manage internal and outsource call centres.
�Represent the company in external affairs, government agencies, business clients, meetings.
�Report directly to the H.R and Operations Director.
