Help a friend need advce he's planing to get married this year he live in a room and parlor face me i slap u fortunately got a half plot of land now he's thinking if he should go for 2bdrm apartment or try as much as possible to develop the half plot of land though he's saying the present house he stays favor him and with the info each an everyone move from that house to their personal house which he could testify to one pls need ur advce on this issue.

Favours him in what aspect? Such awkward superstition! If he has the money, I'll advise he starts building his house. My own is my own, our own is our own, his one is his own.

Though in that same house he first rented a room then move to the room and parlour from there he could save up in getting the half plot of land Presently he can't afford to build it now unless it has to be bit by bit and its in his plan to get married but not In that room and parlor.
