How?

From my experience in European & Western countries, its the Local Council, Local Government (called Municipality), and State Government that are active and known to the people. They take LG and State elections more seriously cos these are the elected people closest to them.

Almost 100% of development abroad is done by the Local & State Government, not the Federal.

Its high time we held our immediate elected persons more accountable, Not just the Federal.
