You mean, when the system is on and working, it would suddenly shutdown abruptly by itself. Does the system overheats, gets hotter than normal before it off by itself? Is the cooling fan working ? Because if the fan is not working, the system will auto shutdown as a preventive measures to protect the laptop cpu, board from overheating |
