Add the two numbers on the right and subtract the addition of the two numbers on the left.

Example

5+4 = 9
3+2 = 5

9 - 5 = 4

So
17) 7
18) 21
19) 1
20) 25

3+5=8
2+6=8
2nd example
6+5=11
8+3=11
3rd example
0+4=4
-4+8=4

So
1+6=7
7-3=4
Our answer is (b)4
