The problem of the poor Third World nations is organisation. In industrialized nations, the space is organised and earning profits without paying tax is extremely rare. The economy is formalized and every citizen is known to government unlike the Third World or developing countries where the economy is largely informal. The economy of the whole globe should be strictly formalized with no nation left behind as is obtainable in industrialized nations.
