Hi Nairalanders,

I recently lost my survey plan due to an unfortunate incident, please can anyone enlighten me on how to nullify the old one and get a new one? I was told to contact the surveyor who prepared the old one, but I want to also know if the new one would nullify the old one in case it may or may not have gotten into the wrong hands?

Contact the surveyor and he will fix it for you

Ok thanks, I do have a question though, would the replacement nullify the old one, I am worried about that incase it had fallen or falls into the wrong hands?

It doesn't matter,I did survey plan 3 times on one land, due to adjustment in the land. so no big deal there
