Starkistony: I honestly and hopefully pray you don't buy a stolen car or even worse buy a lemon that would turn you to mech bestie. Try and up your budget to at least 1.2-1.4 to get a good 08-10 Accord for peace of mind.. This your budget can only get you an OK Discussion Continue or A perfect EOD.. The choice is yours though. I hope you choose wisely 11 Likes 1 Share |

Starkistony: Okay let me help you. What others have suggested is basically that you won’t find any good 08-10 Honda Accord for that budget. If indeed you find, don’t buy it cos it’s a disaster in waiting. I always advise people to buy good cars within their budget. Not a car that makes you look good to society but a car that makes you happy, while serving it’s purpose perfectly. Opt for a 2003-2007 Honda Accord if you insist on a Honda. 2 Likes |

Foolish talk, why not tell us the year of the honda your “someone” purchased. OP is looking for 08 accord with 800k and in your small mind you think that is sensible. Most people that buy melon as vehicles are folks like you you want to ride rolls royce with corolla budget, when yawa con gas you will open thread for nairaland calling out the seller when its actually you with no sense. 2cribz:look at this fool who don't even have a Keke, calling Honda a useless car, it shows u brain has cement and sand, So called Toyota in Nigeria is over hyped, Honda is a lovely strong car, most users in Nigeria abuse the use of Honda while driving making it venerable to leg pull (EOD alone) which other models like Toyota has same is same if abused.. Last year in Abuja, I knew a Girl who sold her car out of distress, a Honda Accord coupe for 650k, (Hausa girl) from a rich home, she only needed to get a new macbook pro laptop for an important project that week, at the restaurant where they sat, a guy transfer the money and picked the car 1 Like |

Starkistony:Honestly, you can get it for that amount. Anything is possible but you should know three things. 1. Thats not the right value. 2. You maybe buying a problem car. 3. You will spend more than 200k to fix it except if your a rough guy who doesn't really care about class and Luxury. I bought my DC for 750, instead of buying the correct one with no issue for 900k. I later spend almost 100k to make it top notch with stress, time, energy, emotions etc. I discovered the time, energy, stress and meeting bad mech etc all those my input are worth more than a paltry 150k. Don't make the same mistake. Now that I know better, if I'm buying another one, I will buy the one with no issues, I want it fresh and clean. I no get time for fixing again, the stress made me learn by force, I can do car service and minor repairs now, baba Rashida mechanic no fit cheat me again. |
