You need to obtain a Government Issued ID card as even those UBA or Zenith Prepaid cards would still need an ID Card.

Unless you find a brother or sister of yours to help you with their card

is it possible to use my brother or fathers ID Card to upgrade or open account?

Like seriously... how is it possible you don't have any source of ID anyway your cup of tea. Back to the issue, you can get Prepaid card from either UBA or Zenith Bank and fund it for online purchase. I doubt you can get it without any form of ID. You mean say you nor do BVN registration?

I did BVN, my GTB account is a student account... I can only deposit and redraw money from ATM

I had complained to GTB customer care , I was told I need to upgrade my account before I can be able to purchase things online, but the issue is that I don't have any of the above (Voters card, I D card, drivers license) they requested for...

I need to buy a domain and hosting package so I can get my self busy with something

Please web-masters is there any bank that can open an online bank account for me with out requesting for any of the above ? Or if any alternative, pls let me know

No mind them, once you just ask for help about your site, instead of them to render help, before you know they will start dropping their numbers..
most of them are just hungry webmasters looking for who to scam. I rather find some one around me to give a job than to give my work online.. They are not meant to be trusted
