Why that most organization make empty promises to applicants after the interview, that he or she will be called back and such applicant may not hear anything from them anymore? How can one know the organization the really sincere about their promise?

Thats not promise and fail they said you should expect their call, then keep expecting, Ive seen someone that was called after one year of interview
