Empty Heart by poetictwenty(op):
As my mind walk back to the memories of us;
The nights the moon had goosebumps
As it watch two hearts melting into one.
Where even distance made way for our thought to walk beside each other.
And a night dream without you in it, was just a nightmare.
I battled the tears forcing itself out of my eyes,
As my thought visits the empty spaces in my heart;
A space still unfilled from the moment you left without a goodbye.
My thousand "sorry" have fell on your deaf ears,
As my voice has become worst than a stranger.
If times heals; why is me heart still bleeding
From the arrows of your goodbye?
If a soured love becomes hate.
Why do I still smile at the mention of your name?
Maybe, just maybe, love don't hate.
And true love never dies.
