a rascal is a person who uses derogatory terms and words to prove to people he or she is not a rascal. E.g. Fashola, Ribadu and Tinubu.  |

A rascal is someone who adds one lane to an existing two lane road and fence off an express way with many villages and put 3 toll gate to collect toll for 28yrs for his private pocket |
