Full Job Description - Position Overview
COMFRED is looking for young graduates to develop insights for our Enterprise Product Marketing
team. Our Enterprise Product Marketing team is responsible for taking our Comtrac Cloud
Tracking Solution to the Market and cross-selling and up-selling within our existing account base
through solution-driven packages. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience working for
one of the fast growing technology services company.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct extensive personal research for new buyers to drive sales expansion efforts
• Perform win-loss analysis
• Participate in customer interviews to uncover pain points, use cases and
opportunities
• Manage relationships with clients via telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to all clients’ enquiries
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs and concerns
• Keep records of client inquiries and complaints

Required Experience/Skills:
• Exceptionally hard working, flexible and well organized
• Interest in Marketing as a future career option
• Must be a team player with strong attention to detail
• Availability for at least 3 months from October, 1st 2020

Purpose of the Job
➢This position shall lead marketing plans for the successful execution of all programs.
➢Oversee all marketing campaigns, coordinate the sales and marketing team, develop pricing
strategies, identify new customers while using up to date marketing trends to produce
effective strategy that contributes to the overall organizational objective.

Job Responsibilities

• Building brand awareness and positioning through writing and delivering content/ brand
storytelling.
• Identify new customers.
• Manage relationships with clients via telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Respond promptly to all clients’ enquirers • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this
into increased business
• Establish and enforce service standards of the company.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and
objectives.
• Keep records of client inquiries and complaints.
• Discover product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends,
market activities and competitors

Key Requirements of the Role

• A can do Spirit and a thirst for success.
• 3 years’ minimum experience in a similar role.
• Good academic qualification in related disciplines.
