Hello Nairalanders please I noticed this earlier this year but didn't take it seriously but it's really getting to me now.... I get anxious around crowds and I don't like being in the midst of people which made people think I'm proud or weird and now I got few friends and always at home bored ,please is there any approach I can take to end this before it gets the better of me

Please anyone has a suggestion about what to do about it ?
