Hello, Please I need your Assistance and Opinion on this. I Was posted to Anambra where I camped, but immediately after the camping, I came back to Lagos to Wait for my Relocation. So it took the Relocation 4 months to Work back to Lagos, all this time, my Portal was still active, I was able to Document, Get a State code even got my PPA, until on the 1st of October my Portal Closed Saying I had missed Consecutive Clearance. I went to the Secretariat, you all know how they behave there, no one was Willing to respond to me and my friend, until finally we met someone who said we should go see our LGI. Well my LGI said this is like being Abscond, but she gave me a Quary letter, and Told me to ask around if there's anyone who's been in such situation before, and I should ask how they managed to get through. She was being honest with me, she said she hasn't encountered someone's portal being blocked because of missing of Clearance, she said most of the time, they just issue out Quary and extend the corpers Service months
