To be fair .. to avoid being scammed.. to avoid buying laptop with hidden problems...

60k can only get you core i3 ... If you see core i5 for 60k, check it very well for hidden faults.

You can get Dell or Lenovo core i5 from 65k

Elitebook core i5 is about 90k
