I just loaded my DSTV online,but it's not picking.
Please,is there anything i need to do?

you can call their customer care or text: Reset 00023455 send to 30333. note those 00023455 should be your smart card number

DSTV Customer care numbers I have that you can call them on, 012703232 08039003788 08149860333 09082368533 09090630333
They don't usually work on Sundays, and weekdays only form about 8am to about 6pm or so, based on previous experience calling them to solve issues I had.

Send RESET +your smart card number to 30333.Note your TV and decoder should be on and don't press any buttons on the remote for like 5 minutes
